SwissAm™ Inc. Seasonings was founded in 1983 by Swiss American executive chef Paul W. Kummer who developed the premium herb & spice blends that have enhanced and complimented the taste of our customer’s food for over 40 years.

Known as “Special Spice” by many of our customers, Broil & Sauté is a savory umami-rich all-purpose blend (no MSG), packed with flavor from a perfectly balanced combination of 12 herbs and spices. Crafted to enliven both meat and vegetarian dishes - including beef, shrimp, chicken, chops, fish, lobster, BBQ, grilled vegetables, fries, egg dishes, pasta dishes, sauces, gravies, marinades and more.
